All drivers licensed by California to drive CMV’s are non-excepted drivers. California does not issue that kind of license. I renewed my Drivers License but now learned that it won't be forwarded, and RETURNED to the sender. I put in a USPS forward request to my friends house (out of state) so I can get my mail. I'm currently out of state visiting a friend.
